A note on this translation. This is a courtesy translation of the Italian original. Where the two versions differ, the Italian text prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit send to your device, where they are stored and then sent back to those same sites on your next visit. Alongside cookies there are similar technologies — web beacons, pixels, SDKs, local storage — that also allow information to be stored on or read from your device: when this page says “cookies”, it means all of them.
The data controller is COMMOEDIA Srl, Via Mori 6, 40054 Budrio (BO), Italy — VAT 02111231201, email mail@commoedia.net. For full contact details and to exercise your rights, see the Privacy policy Delete account.
2. The categories used on this site
Always onTechnical and essential cookies
These make the site work and remember the choices you have expressed. They do not require your consent, because without them the service you asked for could not be delivered. This category includes the cookie that stores your cookie preferences and any set by the infrastructure for security and load balancing.
Only with your consentAnalytics cookies
These help us understand how the site is used — how many people visit, where they come from, which sections they read — in aggregate form. Because they are provided by third parties able to combine data across different sites, they are only switched on if you choose to consent.
Only with your consentMarketing and profiling cookies
These serve you relevant ads on social networks and advertising networks, and measure how well campaigns perform. They build a profile of your interests and are only switched on with your explicit consent.

4. Giving and withdrawing consent
On your first visit a banner appears letting you accept all cookies, reject them all, or choose category by category. Until you make a choice, only essential technical cookies are placed on your device.
You can change your mind at any time, with no effect on your browsing:
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. In any case the banner will appear again six months after your last choice, or if we change the services installed.
5. Changing settings in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies directly from your browser settings. Bear in mind that disabling technical cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
6. Third parties and transfers outside the EU
Third-party cookies are placed and managed by parties other than the controller, acting as independent or joint controllers under their own privacy notices. Some of these providers are based in the United States: those transfers take place on the basis of participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
